Our story
Ondrelle Apothecary began as a single counter on Alder Street, where our founders believed a pharmacy should be the most trusted shop on the street. Two decades later we serve the whole city online, but the rule has not changed: nobody leaves our counter — physical or digital — without a clear answer.
Every product in our shop is chosen by a pharmacist, stored to the maker's specification, and checked twice before dispatch. If we would not recommend it to our own families, we do not stock it.
What we do
- Dispensing & prescriptions — ready in hours, with free pharmacist counselling on every new medicine.
- Vaccinations & boosters — walk-in seasonal clinics run by our own immunisation-trained team.
- Everyday care — vitamins, baby care, herbs, personal care and sports nutrition, curated and honestly priced.
- Community health — free blood-pressure checks, support circles and our annual mental-health fundraiser.
