What we collect

We collect what we need to run the pharmacy: your name, contact details, delivery address, order history, and — where you ask us to dispense or advise — prescription and health information you share with us. Our newsletter only stores what you give it.

How we use it

To dispense, deliver and support your orders, including refill reminders you opt into.
To answer your messages and provide pharmacist advice.
To improve our shelves and services, using aggregated statistics that never identify you.

What we never do

We never sell your personal or health information, and we never share it with advertisers. It is visible only to the Ondrelle team members who need it — our pharmacists, dispensers and support staff — plus the delivery and payment providers that fulfil your order.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time by writing to inbox@ondrelleapothecary.com. Prescription records we are legally required to keep are retained for the statutory period and then securely destroyed.
