Orders & availability
An order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you immediately with a substitute suggestion or a full refund — your choice.
Medicines & advice
Product pages describe general use; they are not a substitute for professional advice. Always read the label, follow the directions, and talk to your pharmacist or prescriber if you are unsure — especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking other medicines.
Prices & payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and confirmed at checkout. Payment is taken when your order is packed. Discount codes apply to full-priced lines unless stated otherwise.
Delivery & returns
Delivery times and our 30-day returns promise for sealed items are described in our FAQ. Medicines that have left controlled storage cannot be returned, in line with pharmacy safety regulations.
