Many of our customers manage conditions that make infections riskier — from chemotherapy to newborn care. That is why every member of our in-store team wears a face covering during consultations, vaccinations and till service.
What this means for your visit
Very little changes for you: the same warm welcome, the same counter, just a mask on our side of it. Our consultation room is ventilated between appointments, high-touch surfaces are wiped hourly, and hand sanitiser stations sit at the entrance and the dispensary hatch.
Shopping with extra care
If you are shielding or feeling unwell, choose click-and-collect or free local delivery instead — your medicines are packed separately and handed over contact-free at the door. Prescription customers can also nominate a trusted person to collect on their behalf.

Coverings are optional for visitors, but many customers still choose to wear one — and we are grateful. Together, these small courtesies keep the pharmacy open and safe for everyone, every day.
